Ingredients
1 Pre-baked pizza crust (Boboli brand is good)
3-4 fresh peaches or nectarines
Spice mixture (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, ginger and cloves) dried and ground
3-4 Tbsp granulated white sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Sprinkle crust with 1-2 Tbsp sugar and ½ - 1 Tbsp spice mix (to taste). Slice fruit and arrange in a pretty pattern over the crust. Sprinkle fruit with additional sugar and spice mix (same measurements or to taste). Bake pizza for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy warm or cool.
