Swiss Chard Dip

Contributed by CSA member Jaimee

16 oz light sour cream

8 oz neufchatel cheese

1 package (Knorr's) dry leek soup mix

1 to 2 cups finely shredded chard

1 bunch of green onions

8-16 oz of diced water chestnuts

We found it easiest to used a food processor on the chard and the water chestnuts to get them down to a manageable size, and just chopped the green onions by hand. Throw all of the ingredients together, stir, and voila! We like it best served on bread. Two tablespoons has about 24 calories.
